demolition pending

ok i have ask this on discord and got back a few answers but dont think any were definitive but thanks for the feedback to those who gave it, so hoping a gm will see this so can get correct answer. when a house is in dem pending, i know its waiting for vendor to expire. so questions are, when the current vendor contract is up will it auto renew , if owner set up to auto renew, til gold is gone or will it not renew after the first expiration? second question, once vendor is gone will it fall immediately or is there another waiting period? thanks for any info

Only vendors rented by players who are not the house owner have any impact on changing the time house falls down; vendors rented by the owner will fall down together with the house leaving a backpack on the ground with gold/items that were in them.

Vendors rented by players who are not the house owner on a decaying house will not auto-renew on expiration. Such vendors will dissapear when their contract terminates (whatever time was left on their contract from the moment house went into decay) and players who rented them will be given time to reclaim their inventory by clicking on the house sign and chooseing 'recliam vendor inventory' (the time for that is like... 1 week?; you can check the time left for the item reclamation yourself by clicking on the house sign). House will fall down when all the vendors dissapear & time for reclaming vendor's property passes.
