UOG: Demise

So I’ve been getting all these powerscrolls from H-town. I’ve been trying to think of ways to reduce the amount of powerscrolls cluttering the game. I was wondering what everyone thought about making it so players who have excess duplicates of a particular skill, such as 105 lore, they could combine 3 of that type to make a 110 lore powerscroll. The same can be done for 110 and 115. This could “potentially” reduce clutter and open up another pathway for unlucky players to obtain high level powerscrolls.

Just a thought.

make PS books a container for Cub

Doesn't have to be 3 specifically.. It can be whatever balances the game fairly... 5 or 10 of a kind, etc.

This is actually being done on other servers, but the numbers are higher.

I buy 105 and 110 animal taming and lore
I go to Delucia and if you are not AFK I give you 1 of each
If you are AFK I grief you then give you 1 of each
When I see a lot of clutter in 1 of my homes I place a trash barrel
Sometimes I go looking for new(er) players and give them stuff I no longer want/need/care about

Since we are throwing out ideas
How about we get to exchange "x" amount of useless Doom artifacts for a good one because not even new(er) players want my Frost Bringers

It's a good idea

Power Scrolls
Power scrolls are bound as follows:

8 x 105 scrolls = 1 x 110 scroll
12 x 110 scrolls = 1 x 115 scroll
10 x 115 scrolls = 1 x 120 scroll
Stat Scrolls
Stat Scrolls are bound as follows:

6 x +5 scrolls = 1 x +10 scroll
8 x +10 scrolls = 1 x +15 scroll
8 x +15 scrolls = 1 x +20 scroll
5 x +20 scrolls = 1 x +25 scroll
Combining Binders
Partially filled binders of the same type can be combined by double clicking one and targeting the other. Power and stat scrolls are not lost if the combined total exceeds the requirement, for example combining a ‘105 imbuing 5/8’ and a ‘105 imbuing 4/8’ gave a +10 imbuing power scroll and a binder ‘105 imbuing 1/8’

Scrolls of Transcendence
These scrolls are bound slightly differently.

Players can bind SoTs to 2.0 or 5.0 skills

If player adds SoTs to the exact value of 2.0, binder becomes a 2.0 SoT
If player binds beyond 2.0, binder continues to add to 5.0
If player attempts to bind beyond 5.0, he receives a warning pts will be lost
Players cannot use an empty binder on a 2.0 SoT
Players can combine a 2.0 SoT to a partially filled binder
(Publish 60 allowed binding up to 10.00, the ability to bind to this level was removed publish 61)

See ... I just thought it was custom content on a server trying to emulate OSI upto whatever it is currently (forgotten foes?)
