If your pet or pets died and it or they were not bonded they are gone
Whether or not your pet or pets are bonded .........

If you are dead the pet or pets go into your stable
Once you are alive go to the stable and claim your pets
Or just log out and log back in
If you are not dead

The pet or pets will be beside you
Some people had to put in a lot of work to get that to be “ Like OSI “
If you didn’t play OSI during (S/E?) ML I understand that you would not be aware of this but the pet ball of summoning has been in the game for many many many years
Also
A GD is 5 slots a mare is 2 slots
You might need to edit your story just a little
You can’t hunt with both at the same time
If you hunted with just one.............
And
It died
It was not bonded it vanished
It is no longer in the game
Why would you get another to go get the first pet that is no longer part of the game
If the first pet was bonded you couldn’t get the other out of the stable
If your pet or pets were bonded they could have gone wild which makes it possible to take out another pet. Feed your pet or pets more often
