Resists then Hp... for resists.. I believe high phy fire and energy is the goto's... as for HP anything above 900 once tamed... which would mean anything above 1800...

80+physic(85max)/80+fire(90max)/45/50/50 as minimum
900+hp for Tank pet after 1800+ before taming
650+ str 1300 before
Hardcore dragon should have before taming
136+wrestling
136+tactic
136+resist spells with include all stats like tank one
