UOG: Demise

Hi,

I tried to read through the public available code for runUO, in an attempt to find out wether or not we can actually find all pieces of those sets in-game. Bad thing: that code is not the actual code used in the game. Also, I compared the code with servUO, which is supposed to be still maintained.

Presently my conclusion is this:
* runUO does not say you can find itemSets on Peerless, but so I did today (Hunter's Arms)
* runIO does say that some ItemSets could be completed by named ML monsters alone, without having to go on Peerless
* runUO also says that some items may not be available in-game at all (like Evocaricus)

servUO seems to be more complete, f.e. it says there are many items on Peerless.

Any experiences on this?
Apparently someone is running around with a full Assassin's Armor set, so it should be possible to collect at least one full set, one way or the other

it was in patch 2-3 years back, when set itesm was add, they drop in 3type
ML mobs like miasma, spiders, graw. coil... [here drop only some parts like sleves and tunic assasin, others dont drop...]

next are pearless dont sure if here is limit i think they drop all parts randomy

last group have be DOOM bosses they have chance drop aswell any part i think

here i fond my old parts what i get 2-3 years on ML mobs miasma or spiders









others parts you need get with pearless or doombosses, aswell i have propably bow and quiver, and maybe sword or shield or sword or dont remeber xD, aswell have asasin 2 part, but dont have manekin for it...

Do we know if ALL items for those sets ara available in-game?

I have seen folks wearing the entire assassin set on demise

i think all exist, only virtue set in not finish, i think cloak dont exist, quest for it dont exist, at last it dont exist before xD dont sure now

This is Demise
The virtue set only dropped in the virtue dungeons
Same with the luck statue and the other virtue items

If I remember correctly it was an 8 piece set.
Again this is Demise they can stretch that out for 4 to 8 years by having the pieces drop at HTown and CTown

Seriously though they had them on the test center at 1 time
There were a couple of problems
Self Repair did not work correctly
And it was coded to be able to meditate in it which was wrong

They can make up some quest for the cloak it wasn’t difficult to do

well, questen was if they exist and yea they exist
they are actualy in token stone [some of them], dont sure if all 7 parts, but they exist aswell, just cloak no exist and maybe some others part

2 items are on the token and it looks like they fixed the meditation part

The helm and the sleeves

From what I saw in the code, these items may not be available.
But the code is old and not a copy of the code run here, so not sure...

These may be missing:
* LeafweaveChest
* MyrmidonBascinet
* Evocaricus

Yes, it is. You are looking at code probably from 2013. I've asked repeatedly for the code to be public again, but it seems they aren't willing to do that. I'm just curious to see all of the typos and grammatical errors.

We are dropping all of the Mondain's Legacy set items (see: http://www.uoguide.com/Item_Sets). The Darkwood set is craftable.

Some items of these sets are "rare", which means they will only drop off peerless, dark fathers and champions. The lesser bosses in Gauntlet only drop common set items, as well as all ML monsters (which are monsters that also drop ML artifacts).

Does Grobu, Lady Marai, Master Jonah, Master Mikael, Master Theophilus, Lady Jennifyr, Abcess, Coil, Putrifier, Gnaw, Guile, Lady Lissith, Lady Sabrix, Malefic, Silk, Spite, and Virulent currently drop set items? I was looking through the last RunUO release (2.6?) and these all had ml arty drops but no set items. I'm guessing this is all just due to out of date scripts as I couldn't find the sets on Gauntlet bosses either.
