How do I quickly delete all 500 messages?

I once wanted to do that,

but then I went to look in my old messages, and realised all the hidden gems that are there.

I can't possibly delete any of them, so I need to go through every message and skim out the boring ones from the fun ones!

I do the same but I am almost at the point of having to do it to the ones I want to keep
