what are all these beetle rideres doing running back and forth n hearthwood? looks like Stop harping on me quest?

HW quests for bowcraft running and same time carpentry runic HW saw,

you know, when finish quest, it start delay 60-90sec propably, so during time it crafting bows, when timer will run off so char come to HW saw make next one quest and go back for bow quests xD

2 diferent places xD

carpentry have only 1 quest, so it will waste time for waiting and doing nothing, bowcrafting have like 5-6 quest, aswell bolts arrow, what dont need even crafting

so you do these quests to get runics?

correct, and some more. you can collect these:
* runic saws (to craft staffs for sampire. you can sell them for reasonable prices.)
* runic fletching kits (archery, mostly for pvp'ers. can sell them too.)
* talismans (f.e. with vermin slayer property for Barracoon)
* recipe scrolls (allowing you to craft special weapns and items)

To do this is legal as long as you don't do it afk.
