Where does one go about officially reporting players for blatant rule violations that ruin the competition of the game like multiclient pvping?

Reporting in game simply does not work as there is not enough staff consistently online to answer pages.

Make a discord channel on slow mode !! Allow only video evidence!

Tbh, there really isn't a place. I just dm staff of the day on discord when I want to report something. They don't always respond, but sometimes you can see where they either read what was said and acted or just happened to do it anyway. Pro-tip you can report a forum post as other and leave a link to your video in the message box. They might watch it. Once they have handled a forum report you get a notification "staff of the day closed your report."

You are doing it all wrong.

Find the deafest of ears and scream until you pass out.

If that doesn’t work go outside and scream at clouds

If that doesn’t work find a small section of the map and grief the fuck out of the players there.
It doesn’t help your cause but it will give you a nice warm feeling though nobody will notice.

If that doesn’t work you can get that nice warm feeling and not have anyone notice by wearing black pants and pissing yourself.
