Why Are LOOP Guild Allowed To Continually Cheat And Get Away With It?

IMPORTANT MESSAGE - Regarding @[LOOP] cheating bots at spawns ... below is list of their movements so you may find them yourselves pre-champ (and kill them ... they love it when u kill them)
They use a wraith in stealth form that ghosts between champs if the can e.g. Marble to Damwin .... Ice East to Tortoise etc

Below is list of some of their lazy spy bots that run automated for most of the day

1. Despise - Barracoon - Walks the back areas around the trolls / etins and stands in the top northwest corner to watch the stairs down from lvl 1 .... heads to altar around every 10minutes to check for people.
2. Marble to Damwin Champ - Again ghosts up and down the main road to each altar ... easy to catch
3. Desert to Oasis - Ghosts between each altar using back south route out of Oasis.
4. Ice East to Tortoise - Ghosts up and down main road ... inside Ice East checks altar before heading back to drop down point and going through the trees to exit sparkle ... then proceeds to Tortoise via main road comes into altar area via west side.
5. Destard - Waits at water elemental area then heads along to front door then up to room just before the ramps down to sparkles ... stays there for 10 mins then heads to altar to check for champ etc.
6. Deceit - Stands in room above in corner with skeletons ... heads down to champ to check then to north room with swamp in to check front door ... keeps doing circle every few minutes.
7. City of The Dead - Sits on the grass hill just past the fort towards pass exit ... ghosts down to altar ever 5-10 mins or so .... easy to find
8. Ice West - Ghosts to altar and back to ramp passing sparkle ... not that intelligent that one.
