I have tried use the account recovery system, but seem no response, is it mean that all my accounts was decayed?

I believe I've run into the same issue, trying to recover my son's account from whenever we last played. I tried making a forum post but it says I'm waiting for approval on that...

Make sure to check your spam and junk folders. You can send me a message if that fails and see what i can find out for you.
