Only agree on points requirement.
But would say that 2 minutes for skill loss is too short and 20 minutes is too long.
As far as the crystal ball undisturbed would be ok minus parablow, but paired with while running would be not ever.

How is someone opposed to change when the alternative is just a failed system with almost no players in it?
Make all the war horses pink, make the faction leader immortal for 23h a day. Rename True Britain to True Bitches, who cares?!
Just change something, and see if it improves.
If it doesn't, well, then you are back where you started: a failed system with no players in it.
