Lost Account

Hi,
I can't seem to create a 4th account and it might be because I have a 4th account already but lost it. I've tried in-game paging for days with no success (I know you're all busy!).
If I had a 4th account it would have been before the accounts were required to register an email, a few months ago (I'm new a few months ago). Can I please get some help to recover this 4th account?
Also, what is the publish here at this time? I assume there are customs outside of the main publish, just looking for the publish so as to understand about quests and such here.
