No Prompt for Registration Key - Auto-Disconnect

I've created a new account and character, then proceeded to enter my email in the registration box that appeared when I entered New Haven.
I was Disconnected almost immediately after, proceeded to read the confirmation email and copied the key. Upon logging back in, there was
no prompt displayed for me to enter the Registration key and I was quickly disconnected again. I've tried reconnecting multiple times to hunt for the form field, but only a few seconds are given until I'm kicked off again. Is there an offline alternative method to confirm my email registration or a fast way within the game I can type it before getting the 5 second forced logout?
