Make HCI shields temporarily available

Hey,
title says it all.
Please give us an opportunity to get some nice HCI shields. Since we already had a DS dyes event, maybe consider replacing DS dye bottles with HCI shields in trials of treasure event chests?
I really think that would spice things up
