UOG: Demise

Hey guys I logged in and opened my pack while overweight and it stole my Christmas box I never got it! I fixed my weight issue and it still never appeared. Will a GM please help me retrieve my missing Christmas gift Thank you!!! Merry Christmas to everyone hope you guys are having a wonderful day!
