Custom Client Legal???

Are custom clients legal on Demise?

Ive seen this post

most pvpers use MB's modded client. it doesn't do nothing that is "game changing". it does reduce lag tho.

since its more advance even then uos i dont think so.
btw i think it didnt worked when i checked it 1year ago ;D
