Download, run as admin, open it, open UO, select uo client, click, "set patch".
Increases framerate of UO, but top speed of character is still only what the server allows. Greatest benefit is fixing the AWFUL collsion detection in fel.

its a 3rd party program, so I don't think it is legal. I messed around with it about 6 months ago, I even added a tool to change your FPS up to 45 in the client, but EOS told me it was illegal here back then so I didn't use it, and it does help with lag a bit, but I don't think it's worth using, just due to the delay of detecting where people are at.

Too bad. Collision detection in fel is awful, this would have really helped.
