As title, since about 2300 EST yesterday I've been getting consistent spikes of high latency. Most of the time it is normal, 30 to 40 ping but it spikes above 400 or 500 several times a minute.
It seems to this noob that the latency is introduced from a piece of hardware belonging to Amazon on what I assume is Amazon Fiber just after the downlink from Talia BB in Virginia. I don't know if this is part of the Amazon ISP CO equipment or a device at the datacenter where the server is hosted.
A guildmate is having the same issue with a slightly different IP (on the same subnet?). The IP giving me trouble is 54.239.100.155, the one giving him trouble is 54.239.110.153
Is anyone else having this issue?
