Cu Sidhe Glitch/Bug

So i mounted my cu-sidhe at 50%, started riding it and after running 2-3 screens i became dismounted and it showed my pet as dead?!?!?!
I T-Bagged Vander's corpse and he came back from the dead and attempted to bite my nutsack.
