I still have not received an answer, I will wait a little longer to see what they tell me, I would like to play again, but if ithat mean´s start again all over ..... no way :S

send eos a pm and i am fairly certain you will get your old accounts back, I am fairly certain it is not automated that accounts are "deleted"

Accounts are marked inactive after 90 days of not logging in, which will trigger house decay and technically makes them eligible for deletion. The server never automatically deletes an account, though. This is done periodically by staff, and we usually use a much longer inactivity time (the last few times we've used 2 years of not logging in). To be completely safe I would recommend not letting your account go inactive though.
