UOG: Demise

Does UO Demise follow the 150 max per single stat rule found on OSI, or can items carry one over? If it is enforced as that maybe it would be worth considering allowing that number to go higher to open up the possibility of new builds?

normaly train stats are 125* after can up for 150 with jewels and other bonus piece,
total stats 225 and possible power stats +25, total 250

HPI cap is 25*
stamina unlimited
mana unlimited
