I THINK (not sure) taking donations for the shard has some strict rules. The way I see it if you shut down the donations and a server with a bunch of nerds at the same time people might rage and try to throw a fit. Which isn't good when your not wanting an audit. Drop the store wait a few years until it isn't on peoples minds as much to drop the server. Or now that your making more money take those years and "invest" some personal money into the shard to show that all money was put back. Then shut it down. Or the owner did everything by the book and has no interest in the shard but feels morally obligated to people like magepoint that took out credit to buy more than 1 thousand dollars worth of donations items in one setting, or the people that have scheduled everything they do in life around demise.
