Things I usually farm for decent stuff are
-shadow wyrm
-skeletal dragon {rat cave}
- miasma
- crystal cabbage {Lattice} seekers
- poison eles are great gold in fel shame
- balron 3lvl of fan dojo
- ancient liches

Where do ancient liches and shadow wyrms spawn?

I like Miasma for loot. Plus, Miasma comes with the added bonus of taking the spawn from the no-talent ass clown who farms it AFK about half the time.

Ancient Liches = Khaldun Dungeon (I think you should not try... don't ask why)
Shadow Wyrms = Destard level 2

I farm afk on the daily at dread spiders and don't have any issues pulling good jewels each time I'm there with 627 luck on my suit.

Realistically loot packs don't mean all that much, you should just aim for 1 shotting the monster you intend to farm.

Also look at the slayer options you have and put that into context aswell. Spider, blood/poison, ogre slayers are all pretty common to find with mana leech.

At 400-550 gold per kill at spiders at every other second since I typically 1-shot them, I rake in about 500k per hour if pvpers don't interrupt my process.

As just mentioned, it's the Fel vs Tram that plays a large factor aswell. Fel produces more monsters more quickly, resulting in more money and more loot per hour. It's risk vs reward.
