Problems logging in with uosteam

I'm trying to login with uosteam and it opens uostem, when I click on connect nothing happens, no message appears and the client does not open. Using the razor opens normally. I already installed c ++ 2005 (x86 - x64), c ++ 2010 (x86 - x64) and 2015 - 2019 (x86 - x64). Anyone can help me?
