Razor - problems with targeting murderers

Sometimes when there are clearly red humanoids on my screen, the target closest/random murderer does not detect them.
It starts detecting them only when I set them as a last target. Before that, I can spam the key and the msg is: no one is like this on my screen.
It sometimes does not detect one person, but can target 10 others. Any clue?
