Completely filled power scroll book with 300 items inside counting as 1 item and cost 150 points, furthermore, if you remove scroll to throw it directly on CUB barrel you will receive message "Only items from before the beginning of CUB may be redeemed" and it is does not matter that the scroll was received ages ago, timer is reset to zero when you get it out scroll from the book

It has always unfortunately worked like that. The same goes for BODs inside of BOD books.
