Update November 18, 2017

The following changes will go in effect after server wars tonight:
  • New items have been added to the Horn of Plenty.
  • Corrected the label on the Koi Lamp.
  • Wildfire changes:
    • Placing wildfire cancels any previous wildfires cast by the caster.
    • The first damage hit now occurs instantly after placing.
    • Stacking wildfire damage with multiple people is still possible, as it is OSI-accurate.

Not sure about osi accurate, not how I remember it.

I'd still prefer Wildfire not stack at all, but I still think this is better than before.

I'd still prefer Wildfire not stack at all, but I still think this is better than before.

Baby steps necro....baby steps. 1 change in the pvp community is more than we've gotten in MONTHS, ill take 1 change, it implies there is hope for the future ;)

LoL, don’t kid yourself. They didn’t do it for pvp... they don’t care about pvp. They did it because in Htown it affected the GMs ability to give their buddies/guild members the edge in the afk macroing for trinkets. It’s truely too bad. It happens on any server that allows GM’s to play. I know, I know before you blow me up for it... it’s a free server and It would be hard to have people be gm’s/support and not have an interest in the server... I guess I just want a GM buddy to drop some sweet loot into my pack instead of the junk I keep crafting even out the unbalance they have created.

They have made PvP balance changes before solely based on community suggestions, like the Essence of Wind patch. That patch is actually a custom change, so yes it probably was cuz of PvP.
