Well about the keys, I was trying for a few months to buy them for 200k per set and didn't find any seller.

You have to take into consideration that Alvin is buying manes for 200k each alone.

On average you'll get 3-4 peerless regs aswell, ranging in between 80-100k each if corruption/taint.

If you manage to pull atleast 1 corruption/1 taint, that is 380k in gold if you sell the regs/mane.

150k per set is a steal, making 50k profit alone from the mane.

200-250k is a fair deal.
