First time I ever crafted an item with all five properties being nonresists.

I dont think it worth much cuz resists are important tho

it is worth locking down in your house :3

it might get 500k as a 4 mod mage piece.. 14 lrc, 2mr, 7 mi, 5hpi.. but even then it's missing lmc :/
tho that is super easy to get, so is hpi.. its like 200k..

worth more as lock down for keepsake. shame, but happens. you should see my 5 mod earth ele slayer -_-'
