Looks perfect and fast, but need tests on semidar spawn. I am also not sure about phys dmg

Physical area hurts for sure succubi physic resists 80-90

That physical is bad for succubus but at least the other half of the fourth tier spawn is weak against physical. If I was a fencing spawner I would pay over a hundred million.

If I had made that I would not trade it for some silly halloween garb or any other artifact. I would only trade something like that for another one of a kind crafted item.
