you know pvp repair = 0 and pvm rege mana = 0 properity,

pvm farmer are glad for self reapir and take it like half mod but rege mana is useless, if you charakter have farm hours, it definitly not pvp orient.

you can put it in list amors like MB selling 5kk each, and if someone see it need they will buy it xD else you will get 250K like in luna WN [last month] vendor selling quite similar piece like it

500k

tbh armour is hard to price. if people need it then it's priceless. if not then it's worthless.

4 mod basically has 3 tiers:
buy to put in a box cos it's cheap. - 20-200k
buy as a possible use in suit. - 500k
buy because fits what you need. - 5kk
