Buying Super Slayer Double Axes

Show me your double axes Undead, Demon, Reptile, Arachnid and Elemental. They need to have:

40% Damage Increase
and Swing Speed Increase

or

40% Damage Increase
and Hit Area 40%+

or a combination of both!
PS: Mana leech is not required

The Mage weapon mod kills it for me, else would be nice

Mage weapon does not effect your swordsmanship skill. It will only apply if your characters magery is higher than your weapon skill. This axe would work fine for a swordsmanship character.
