WTB Cheap LRC/Luck Leather Suit

I'm looking to buy some cheap leather armor.
(head, neck, chest, arms, gloves, legs)
85% LRC is acceptable.
more luck the better.

Those are the only two things I'm after. Resist would be nice but not required, really just after some budget gear to help me farm.

spent a couple hours last night checking vendors for anything that fits this.
90% of the vendors were empty and the other's that weren't had insanely high prices for low mod stuff.
