U need to make the quest to be able to use it, then u will receive one as a reward. Then u loot the scrolls to fill the book or u can buy them

I have the spell scrolls for you once you do the quest except for summon fey/fiend those are other quests you need to do to get the spell scrolls and be able to use them

nah to be fair you used to only need the book, which was 50k from heartwood.

it's not that you forgot, they changed it.

i actually have a couple of full ones from when you could buy them, and i could sell you one just for the fk of it, but they are useless now, because you have to do the quests to use the spells anyway, and you get the scroll when you do the quest.

didn't know there's some you can use without quest tbh
