5 dex and 3 lmc is exactly what you need to hit 140 dex and 36 lmc (caps for bandage and special move max lmc)

i would say it's a shame it's not higher dci, but then if the grimore robe comes out, it's fine, totally fine. it's a beast that brace. sort of item that makes me start looking if i could replace other items to accommodate it
