I've PM'd you twice and you ignored both messages though. I don't understand UO players sometimes though. You ask how much, their response is "offer", you make an offer and they just ignore it. It sounds like you had a price in mind from the very beginning. Just save everyone from wasting their time and say how much you want instead of sending people on wild goose chases.
