The item is yours, but just out of curiosity, I inform you that a charge of the most expensive pigment available on this ticket costs a maximum of 50kk (considering it is reflective black or crimson red), whereas the white pearl costs 5kk each charge. So you are looking for 150kk for a person to risk 2/16 chances of not leaving the loss. I don't believe anyone is willing to do that.

every bottle you get on that card will have 5 uses, but i agree with grifo, very expensive, i`d try to sell for 100
