Nope it is impossible, the delay timer between the second agent will increase as the time in between potions decreases. Thus Macroing potions into bottles only possible by hand. Don't worry though I know a good vendor on the north side of Luna that does all the lame crafting for you.

If you need some bottles, I got a macro that will help you go pound sand so you can blow your own glass.

As far as crafting, what Jackie said is correct, the server code for the potion menu prevents any successful macros.

What Mb doesn't say about that macro is you will need a house near a beach for that bottle making macro to be worth it. If you get a good placement though you can sell the bottles to the npc and make lots of gold.
